Step: 1 of 4

Guide-Query with PDB ID

1. Select the "PDB ID" radio button
2. Type PDB ID of your interest (e.g., 1AJX, 1HHP)
3. Click on the "NEXT" button to continue

Guide-Query with uploading PDB file

1. Select the "Upload PDB" radio button
2. Press the "Browse" button
3. After choosing the proper PDB file(PDB format ONLY) on the file selection window, click on either "Basic Query" or "Advanced Query" button.

Notice

At the first step, user should provide KOSMOS with either PDB ID or PDB file. Since KOSMOS is only compatible with PDB, please make sure the uploaded file follows the standard PDB format. Otherwise, the simulation cannot proceed.
